Most questions in the video interview were situation-based. The hiring managers had asked questions on work experience, and behavioral-based. A few weeks later HR followed up with an offer for one of the positions.
The questions were more or less standard behavioral questions of the sort - tell me a time when there was a conflict and what did you do? Times you couldn't do something, etc.
