What happens when you don't make your goals?
In general they wanted to get to know you, why you are a good fit with the position. For Gallup telephone interview, I recommend to do some research.
Mostly “tell me about what you do now”. There was no situational/behavioral based questions.
They asked about my previous experience (as always) and about any difficult situations I've ever faced with the Hiring Manager on my previous job.
If I was OK with handling a fast paced ever changing environment.
