They asked that I get more into depth about what I had done in each of my positions listed on my resume. They also asked how much I was looking to make per hour as well as how far I was willing to travel. Another thing they wanted were references however they wanted more than normal. They wanted like 3 former supervisor references and 5 previous co-workers. It wasn't required but they said if I was able to obtain those it would be easier for them to place me. I also had to take a "prove-it" test to prove some of my skills (Excel).
