The interview was conducted by HR and they knew absolutely positively ZERO about the actual job. Totally bizarre and unprofessional. The interview consisted of "take me through your resume" followed by an opportunity for me to ask questions of which the HR rep could not answer a single one.

In person interview was very basic. Asking about your experience and telling you about the company and position.
I was asked to review an accounting use case to determine how it should be recorded, as well as experience based questions relating to my prior roles.
The company focused a lot on giving practical examples to describe the adjectives the candidates used to describe themselves.
The 'cool' question was 'What did you find surprising about our product range when you were researching the company'?
