In what order do you like to review financial statements with clients. That was an interesting question that I had never been asked before. I never thought about doing it in any other order than the order that they flow in. It was refreshing to hear the interviewers answer because I would have never considered doing it in that order had the reasoning behind it not been brought to my attention.

Because the company is still small in terms of headcount, there was strong emphasis on being able to adjust to a 50 person company. There was also a take home assignment to assess technical ability and business acumen, but nothing that I wouldn't have expected from the role itself. I felt the difficulty of the assignment very fair for the level of the role.
