I was asked what my long term goals were. When I said to be a medical device outside sales rep, he then tried to sell me on how PEPID would help my resume and that he would help me with sales training to get there. This was unexpected as most companies try and hire employees they would like to stay with the company for a while. I now know that there is huge turnover.

The company only wants self-motivated people, so why would you be motivated everyday to give 100% because that is what this company expects?
There was no difficult question. The questions were a joke, much like this company. They asked what I was doing this weekend a few times, like they only want to hire me if I'll binge drink with them or something.
