I've been through many academic interviews before, so this wasn't anything unexpected. The usual: 1) Tell me about a difficult conversation you had to have with a student. 2) Should you treat adult learners the same as you would treat traditional students? Why or why not? 3) Would you have trouble enforcing a university policy you don't agree with? Standard questions for an administrative academic affairs position.
