Several typical questions such as-- tell me about yourself, what drew you to the program, and versions of strengths and weakness and the "do you have any concerns about the role." I was on a lot of pain medication during my interview and while I think I did as well as I could I don't think my experience shone through- but as they say- their loss. I think the team seems competent and kind. I think some of the team should withhold from commenting on if you get a position or not as that landed critically to me - but likely was not the conscious intent- it definitely came across as a power move. I did not love that, but overall the interview was pretty standard. The executive lead gave very strong standard admission team answers about the school but not much detail. Overall a normal interview but not much warmth.
