Zurich Insurance interview questions

I was recommend by the current broker to the new insurance company taking over the State of Utah OCIP program. The State insisted upon a dedicated auditor for their OCIP projects. I had been handling all of the audits for Argonaut Insurance when they ended the contract and Zurich picked it up. The broker recommended me to Zurich, who sent a few people out to interview me. The job was offered and I accepted.

My hiring process consisted of three interviews. I completed an initial phone screening in which I spoke to an outside recruiter. The interview consisted of typical behavioral questions. My second interview was an in person interview with two team managers. It consisted of very similar and sometimes repetitive behavioral questions from the first interview. My third interview immediately followed my second and took place with the assistant vice president. This was a very informal interview where we discussed my resume, skills, and fit for the position. After my final interview I was contacted by the recruiter and extended an offer. Upon acceptance, I was told that I would need to be available to start within two days.
