Online interview. About 20 minutes long. The interviews were friendly and asked relevant questions and when it came to my questions they gave thoughtful answers. The tone of the interview was casual. It was through Microsoft Teams.

Interview
There is 2 interviews - First is a generic phone interview with HR. Small chat about past experiences and a bit about yourself. 2nd interview is with the manager in the department you are applying for and the HR specialist. Competency based intervew, easy going enough. It is just a quick chat through your experiences and trying to get a feel for you. The competencies will be mainly based around the customer and how you would react in certain situations.
