A couple or online tests followed by a skype interview. The interview was 5 to 10 questions from a woman who didn't really speak English so well which was somewhat embarrassing. She warned at the beginning that she was going to be typing throughout the interview but this was still bothersome as it became clear that she hadn't read my application and a lot of the questions she was asking were answered there. It can't have been that she wanted to see my communication skills as she was just typing my answers away... Very odd.

Was okay, they were friendly and quick with their reply - 1 week - but asked weird porblme-solving questions . They sent feedback by email but was very general and not sure how to porperly improve.
