Workday Software Engineer interview questions

Call with recruiter. Which was nice. I had three interviews with workday and all of them were really weird. All hiring manager seemed disinterested. One hiring manager asked me to code in 5 minutes . One was completely disinterested, turned off camera as soon as interview started. Basic question on current work, project, technologies worked on. I am not sure what are they trying to analyze in 30minutes. Asking to code in 5 minutes i ridiculous.
