Workday Software Engineer interview questions

Got a call from hr and hiring manager quickly, the interviews were scheduled soon after the call. Six sessions for technical interview. Questions are related with past experience, projects and algorithms coding test. But no response then even I asked the related people and sent mail to recruiter. Do not know the result after 2 weeks. So I assume no offer. The good thing is the effiency. But the bad thing is no one tells you the final result, even no any response, which seems not polite.
