I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Workday
Interview
very well arranged and interviewers were upto the point. Questions were very relevant to the job and I knew that I did good after each interview, since many times, you never know until you get the result. But I was positive from my first interview.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Workday in Aug 2015
Interview
Submitted my resume at the career fair. Was contacted 3 1/2 weeks later notifying me that they would soon reach out for phone interview scheduling. 3 weeks later, I was finally given a few interview slots to choose from and so I quickly submitted my preferences. However, I did not find out that the interview had been scheduled until I received a call from the interviewer himself asking if this was a good time! My advice to recruiters, please be more responsive and try to cut the recruitment process down a few weeks because great potential candidates may have received offers before they have the chance to receive one from Workday.
