Fake openings, I am an Architect but interviewed for a developer. I wanted to see how it goes. Interview questions were so easy not even technical. At last an unclear tech test. Developed a framework and submitted. With a one sided review it was rejected. Such a time wasters. The worst experience I ever had.

I initially applied online and it then HR called me back and took my possible timings for the interview.Then Manager called me about that time and it all went very well.

Brief HR call, Role chat with hiring manager, online coding interview. This process took the 2 months. This was followed up by a long silence. When I asked for feedback, the explanation was that the position is no longer available due to reorganization.
