I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Workday (Vancouver, BC) in Nov 2018
Interview
Literally the most positive interview and interview process I've ever had. It was unlike any interview process I've ever had. Supposed to be 1.5 hours long. 40 minutes for the technical part (UML diagram) and the rest of it was back and forth questions/chatting/getting to know each other. Interviewer made me feel really comfortable and I didn't feel stressed, pressured or nervous at all.

Interview
it was a video conference interview. I would say it was pretty much straightforward. I was interviewed by two individuals. they were very understandable. they were willing to help you in case you don't understand the question.

Interview
I talked to Workday at my Career Fair and was offered an on-site interview for the next day. The first interview was a 45 minute technical interview, walking through a UML diagram. The contacted me about a week later and invited me to do a second round 45 minutes behavioral phone interview. This interview was with a manager and was all about my experience with object-orientated programming. It was more technical that I had expected - he asked a lot about OOP concepts which I was not expecting since it was said to be behavioral. My interviewer was very passionate about the culture at Workday and it was nice to hear his experiences. Three days later, they emailed me saying they would like to extend an offer for the internship.
