Workday Senior Software Engineer interview questions

Total 9 rounds of the interview process. Round 1: Interview with Manager 1 Round 2: Hacker rank test Round 3: Interview with Manager 2 Round 4: Interview with Manager 3 Round 5: Interview with a panel of 2 technical persons Round 6: Interview with a panel of 2 technical persons Round 7: Interview with a panel of 1 technical person + 1 Manager Round 8: Interview with a panel of 2 Junior technical persons Round 9: Interview with Senior Director All interviews were done via Zoom calls. Round 5 -8 I had them done in a single day to save time but ended up waiting for another 2 weeks as they had to interview other potential candidates. The End: No offer. Team has decided to move ahead with another suitable candidate.

Initial one hour phone interview. Then one full day of on site interviews with engineers and managers. There was a mixture of technical and soft skills questions, both of which were taken equally seriously by the company.
