I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Workday (Dublín, Dublín)
Interview
After HR call you and explains everything, you can expect 5 rounds of interview.
• Initial screening - Generally 30 min phone interview taken by a manager, discussing about your experiences, agile process, little technical questions, if they like you they will try to sell Workday
• Tech test - 60 mins to tech test, asking you to build a UML diagram for a given problem. Depending upon role, they can expect more. This is taken by two (pair up) application developers.
• Demo of xpresso: An application developer will show how to write code in xpresso.
• QA interview - QA Manager talk about testing approaches, UT vs ST, Agile processes etc
• Architecture interview: A senior software engineer will go thru your project architecture, some object modelling questions, some OOP concepts.
• Cultural: Generally taken by a Manager. (or, above) to check if the candidate fits culturally. Like, open-minded, interested in Workday and xpresso, and solution-oriented mindset, ability to learn, team player etc.

Question 1
• What is continuous integration?
• Basic question on ERP?
• UML diagram for ordering an item from Amazon
• Why Workday
• What kind of processes do you follow? and followup questions on explaining those.
In short, don't worry, their interview process is very easy. If you pass the tech test - you can be sure. Rest interviews are easy if you are a good story teller.

I applied online. I interviewed at Workday in Mar 2016
Interview
Seems to me totally random. After I applied they contacted me via email and settled a time for a first round phone interview. The style both on email and phone was unprofessional. They also had onther requirement what was not listed in the job description itself and they were surprised when I did not know about they require such a skill. We agreed on a second round and they called me back a few days later after work Since I could not answer the call I tried to call them back without success. Also contacted via email, no reply.
