I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Workday in Jan 2022
Interview
I had phone interviews of 30 minutes each with the recruiter, hiring manager, and three employees in similar role (so 5 interviews total). Calls were via Zoom with video. Everyone was easy to talk to and establish a rapport with. WD was quick to set up these interviews then I never heard from them with a decision. I reached out to the recruiter twice with no response. What started out as a very good process ended on a sour note, as I felt this lack of response from the recruiter and the company was unprofessional and rude.

Interview
I applied through an employee referral .The process took 2weeks . I interviewed at Workday in Feb 14th 2022.
. 1st interview was a recruiter call . 2nd round was with QA Director. 3rd round was with the panel. Interview lasted about 2.5 hours with a team of 3people in 30 minute increments.
All the people I met seemed nice and ones I would enjoy working with. They talked highly about the fun company culture and how much employees are cared for. They seemed very happy with the interview. I am not sure what they are looking for. I applied 7times in the span of 10years. I am not going to apply again. They have no clarity on what they want. Probably they only hire with extraordinary skills.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Workday in Nov 2021
Interview
Had two behavioral interviews for this position before being denied. I thought the conversations went well. I wasn't asked anything technical. Recruiter was helpful up until after my second interview. I tried reaching out multiple times and she did not get back to me for more than three weeks. I had to email someone else to find out the status of my interviews.
