Workday Product Manager interview questions

Can't disclose due to NDA

The first interview turned me off the company really. It was a HR person who was just rude. They asked me what my expected salary would be and I asked what the salary range was. They didnt like me asking this and they made a smart remark about my question. I said I'm only asking as I dont want to price myself out of a job. The reply was ''we're not offering you a job and what do you think we're going to do make up some figure. The guy was just plain sarcastic and informed me that he would put me forward to talk to the hiring manager but that I didnt have the background for the job. I felt really negative about the job after this call and I wont apply again to Workday. I also wondered why they bothered choosing to give me an interview if I was told by HR that I didn't have the background.
