I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Workday (Dublín, Dublín) in Jun 2015
Interview
The recruiter found me on LinkedIn, but she couldn't schedule a phone call until 2 weeks later. The call took about 20 minutes. She almost didn't ask me about my background or any personal question. But she did ask me some technical questions about OOP (basic questions), about my experience with Agile and continuous delivery. As she isn't an IT professional, she wrote down my answers to someone else review it later on. The result was supposed to take 3 days, but she didn't call me to say anything. In my opinion, it was a waste of my time since it took too long to schedule the call and had someone inexperienced to make it.
