I was contacted by a recruiter after applying online. We set an appointment and he called me 3 minutes before to tell me he would need to reschedule. I set him several emails asking what times and days would work best and he never replied. He completely blew me off. I was actually a referral. I had read another review where this had happened and I thought it was a fluke. Apparently I was wrong. Very disappointing to see this coming from a Workday employee.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Workday (Atlanta, GA) in Jun 2016
Interview
Phone interview with internal recruiter, phone interview with 2 piers, in person panel interview with a presentation. I spent many hours preparing the presentation material, it was received well by the panel. I brought printed copies which they were not expecting, but thought was a nice touch.
