Workday Sr. Product Manager interview questions

Pretty standard. I saw the job post and applied online. Recruiter reached out to me within a couple weeks. Met with her and then with the hiring manager. All virtual.

Went through the full interview process which consisted of multiple rounds and a product design homework assignment and presentation. After a lot of hiccups and delays in responding from the Workday recruiter, I was asked to consider relocation even though the initial job posting indicated the position was available to candidates in my city or remote work. Overall, a huge waste of time and effort. For a human capital software company, they have really terrible human capital practices and employees. STAY AWAY!
