1. 30 min Hiring Manager screen 2. 60 min Fairly easy coding interview 3. 60 min ML system design 4. 30 min Behavior with the skip level The description of the ML system interview is misleading. Prep guide says feature engineering and modeling, but it was an agentic AI design. My personal thought is that agentic AI design is not an ML system design and not even close to feature engineering. Thus, be aware of it. Bad experience in the ML system design. The interviewer commented on my projects with a rather casual, somewhat dismissive attitude. It might be a red flag to join the team when people have multiple offers. Other interviewers are pretty nice.
