A very long, multi round process! There was delays in-between each round too which was very frustrating. However, everyone I met along the way was very nice. Seems like a lovely place to work

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Workday (Madrid) in Sep 2022
Interview
The recruiter was very helpful and nice with me. I made a second interview with the Operations Manager and He was very closer . He was very interested about my current role and the market.
3 Rounds with Situational / competency based questions. Nothing groundbreaking, to the point and simple enough to allow for thoughtful conversation on experiences etc. The recruiter, hiring manager and peers involved during the process made the experience enjoyable and relaxing.
