Workday Consultant interview questions

Brief phone screen with recruiter, followed by an interview with a manager. Afterwards, the recruiter said he'd send follow up details. A week goes by without any communication, so followed up with an email. No response thereafter - very unprofessional for a services firm to drop an interview process mid-way.
