I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Workday
Interview
Only had a 45 minutes on-campus interview. Not too hard. Just basic questions. Probably because it was just a pre-select interview and it was for internship. Interviewer was very friendly and it was a pleasant experience.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Workday (Pleasanton, CA) in Jul 2014
Interview
Company recruiter was super accomodating and gracious. Their corporate headquarters was really fantastic and conveniently located. Hotels on a list that they provided were all booked so I went with Hyatt Place in Dublin / Pleasanton, CA. Expenses were paid quickly and without hastle.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Workday (Davis, CA) in Oct 2013
Interview
Whole process took about 4 weeks. I gave my resume to a recruiter at my career fair and was contacted 2-3 weeks later asking for an onsite interview. The interviewer was very rude and unprofessional, he didn't even look at me while I was answering his behavioral questions. Nonetheless, he started with simple resume questions (such as...can you tell more about ____) and then was asked some behavioral and non-technical questions. The non-technical question was: If it was the end of the world and you had two friends, how would you build this out-dated computer.
