I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Workday (Pleasanton, CA) in Sep 2017
Interview
Briefly went over a few questions about me, my past experiences, and my skills. They asked me some questions and then I was able to inquire about the company. It was a 2-on-1 interview so I was nervous at first, but the interviewers, who are also engineers, were very nice.

Interview
After handing over my resume at a career fair, I was contacted later that day for an interview that week. Two ladies in a room interviewed me together. They had me solve a problem on the whiteboard.

Interview
Impressed one of the engineers at the career fair and scheduled an interview for a week later. The interview took forty five minutes and I was interviewed by two people, one of them being the person that I talked to at the career fair. The interview itself consisted of mostly behavioral questions and some white boarding. There wasn't really a coding question, mostly how to design classes. At the end, the interviewer told me they were looking for smart people.
