Wipro Technical Lead interview questions

I have interviewed at wipro EC office for dotnet technical Lead. Due to more candidate they took 20 mins programming round. 1 round: They gave two programs to write in white paper.1. return bool value based on data fetched from a database with maximum 3 attempt . 2. Any sort method for integer array. Round 2. F2F with panel of 2 persons. 3rd Round HR. HR round was ok. they are not willing to pay more than 30% of current CTC.

Interview process was worst ever which I experienced so far [cancellations; delays; weeks to get a response] Internal recruiter lied about package; [package on contract arrival changed not in my favour] despite that, I joined because talented team;
