The hiring process starts with an aptitude test, which asks candidates to complete logical reasoning questions. If you pass the Wipro aptitude test, you will likely be called for a face-to-face interview. Freshers often have a Wipro campus interview at their college.

The interview was basic. Questions like sorting and searching algorithms were asked. Other than that basic HR questions like family background etc. were asked. The salary is a bit low, but work environment is supposed to be nice.
