Wipro Project Engineer interview questions

The interview was completely Telephonic, consisting Technical and HR round, both being conducted by the Project Manager. Prior to this the Delivery Manager okay-ed my resume and forwarded it to the Project Manager to conduct the interview. Initially I was made to feel comfortable by being asked questions about myself, past experiences, expertise etc. After this, the Technical round followed, consisting of questions mostly from the field of work I was involved in and also to test my flexibility to learn the new Technology I will be working on if selected.

Online coding test through AMCAT in which we got 2 programs and 5 debugging questions. After few days results were declared and cleared the test. The after 2 days I got a mail for the next rounds which were at Wipro office, Bangalore. Over there first round was essay writing where we need to write an essay on the paper which were given to us. After few hours we had online coding test where I got two questions : 1) To print the pattern using the nested loop. 2) Rotate the matrix 90 degree left if the user press 0 and right if the user press 1. Total time to solve these two questions was 2 hours. Although it was not an elimination round. Then in the evening at 5 pm we had technical interviews. In which the rejected 60% of the people. But I cleared the technical interview successfully and they told me that they will inform me about the next round. After one day I got mail from Wipro for the HR round. HR round was not so tough and I cleared that round also and got job in Wipro.
