Wipro .NET Developer interview questions

On 2nd june, 2021 i got a call at 10:30am that they scheduled my first round of interview at 1 pm and the position is critical. I took the day off and gave the interview. The next round happens on the same day at 5 pm and i got a call from hr that i have been selected and need to update the documents. But as i was updating the documents HR again called me for negotiation and then they relasied that my current ctc is already over their budget. I agree that whatever is the budget i am ready to join wipro but they again said i had to join on 7 june, 2021. So why HR are scheduling the interviews of the candidates which they can't afford and wasting their time. Even after that different different recruiters are approaching saying that they have budget they will get approvals and all. But when i followed up with them they stop picking calls . This is really really unprofessional, it seems like wipro hires some random HR people who dont know how recruitment works and for whome they had to schedule the interviews. No matter some day fools will be joining these organisations do blunders and the company will bear heavy losses due to such mistakes.
