Joined as a fresher and interview is basic programming knowledge and HR round later. Once selected induction will start as per joining date and training period. Later after training test actual project allocation happens.

The first round process was very clear and went really smooth. After that i was intimated that will be having second round of interview which they assured will be conduction. Was been promised two times and they never connected. Felt process was not followed properly
