Interviews where all phone interview. First interview was with HR/Recruiter to discuss overview of position and requirements. Second interview was with Director regarding current experience, existing and future needs for the company. Overall interview process spanned over 2 weeks.

First round would be l1 interview where they will be assessing technical efficiency
Second round would be client roundthis was for tlm developer position
And they were asked domain specific
Good process with three levels of interview L1 technical, L2 technical + managerial and then HR discussion. The role was for a Java Developer with SBI client. The question difficulty was easy to moderate.
