Interview
I was recruited through a consultant. First round was HR round. In the HR round , they will ask general questions introduction, about your past working experience/internship.After that mangerial and VP round happened together.
They will ask some behavioural questions like what have you learnt during your last job /college.What are your hobbies and interests?

There are 3 rounds first round aptitude in online mode second round technical focus mainly sql and basic programming knowledge and third hr round discussion about salary and work policy

Worst to the most,there where no proper organised interview and the kept the interview on the phon which totaly un acceptable,The staffs where very rude and the total place is like a mess
