There is transparency and expectations are clear. wipro recruiting team is much better than most companies in technology today.
The interview process was well-structured, professional, and engaging. The interviewer was friendly, knowledgeable, and created a comfortable environment for discussion. Questions were relevant to the role and allowed me to showcase my skills and experience.
