four rounds of interview. Telephonic round, Technical Round, Manager Round and HR round for sal discussion. there is too much delay in the selection process. but was a good experience. Basic to adavanced level question they will ask you.
In the wipro TalentNext process, even if u get 80/100 , they wont call for an interview.That is a decent score but yet not an assurity for a call.Hence dont fall in the trap of Wipro TalentNext.
The interview process is moderate. But it takes a long time to provide the feedback as well as the joining process is very lengthy. But over all experience average.
