Interview process 1:1. No written test for screening. HR round and then the knowledge domain round by the managers. Need to wait for long hours due to high no. of applicants approaching walk-in all the time.

Total four step process 1. Paper test (simple accounting; acronyms, ratios, cash flows) 2. Managerial round I (Focused on resume, core subjects and most importantly they should feel that you would be stable in the job) 3. Senior Manager round 4. HR
