Not as easy as you think: do your research and find out what the roles requires, then you basically have to brag about yourself and the skills you highlight better be a great fit for the position. Just makes sense, but even with practice, it is very hard for me to brag about myself. Very Canadian, eh? Also, it was basically "Hi, this is X and I am Y, please have a seat. Do you need anything, water or a drink? No, okay, so why should we hire you"?
