One phone screen that was fairly typical and then an onsite to meet with 5 other people including the hiring manager. Reason I felt compelled to post this is that the onsite was a series of technical trivia questions, but bizarrely the interviewer often didn't know the correct answer. As an example, I was asked what the difference is between TCP and UDP. I said that TCP ensures data arrives correctly and UDP doesn't. I was told I was wrong, that TCP is for point to point and UDP is for broadcast. Most of the day was like this where they asked a question that was functionally "How do we use this thing" and any other answer was wrong. Very strange
