Interview
I had only a 1:1 in person interview and was hired. Over the years, they’ll start with a phone interview and if they like you, You’re scheduled for a panel interview. This would include team members of the team to see if they will get along, then a manager or a manager from another team interviews you.

What are your accomplishments? How did you handle a difficult problem
The interview went really smooth and the interviewer was truly engaging which made me confident to put across my points really well. The questions were very straight forward and didnt get much time.
It was a pleasant interview process. Interviewers were friendly and easy to talk to. there were 3 interview rounds total. They asked questions you’d expect on behaviorals and technicals side.
It had three rounds technical which is tricky. Pls prepare well for that. On DSA and architect. Even in managerial round also it has technical. All are complex and Java oriented.
