Walmart Team Leader interview questions

Nothing technical was asked, it was all behavioural and situational. The interview was lengthy for about 30-35 minutes. They did mention on their own that either I will receive an offer next week or a feedback, but they do not provide any feedback, just a rejection email.

They make you take a test when applying for the job. The job application itself is too lengthy. I didn't hear anything back until 3 months later after they decided to not move forward.
