Interview with personnel about the job and the availability of hours and then the assistant manager wen t through questions about ability to do job and what is involved and and conflicts of scheduling and weekends

Question 1
Just the basic interview, questions like situations which were good or bad, background employment history, schedule conflicts, and why is Walmart considered a place to work?
The process was very easy. Asked basic questions. I’m not sure if they pay much attention to your scheduling needs, however. Just answer honestly, and you will be fine. If you do have any scheduling issues, be sure to tell them so they can adjust your schedule if it suits their needs.

Interview
Fairly good. Easy and basic leadership questions were asked. It was taken by my current manager. No HR round was scheduled, Just a phone call to check my availability for the interview date selecting email.
Group interview, with 3 other candidates and 2 interviewers.
Interviewers were friendly, asked behavioral questions, availability and so on.
Also asked about the aspirations and why choosing this company. Also had to describe scenarios and how you handle them.
