I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walmart (Austin, TX) in Jun 2016
Interview
I already worked for Walmart at the time. Put in for the job. A week later had the interview with an assistant manager. It was a one on one session. That asked what seemed to be the same type questions. You need to be specific with your answered.

Question 1
Have you ever showed care and concern for another person. What was the situation? What did you do? What was the outcome.
The process was very easy. Asked basic questions. I’m not sure if they pay much attention to your scheduling needs, however. Just answer honestly, and you will be fine. If you do have any scheduling issues, be sure to tell them so they can adjust your schedule if it suits their needs.
