I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Walmart (Coquitlam, BC) in Feb 2026
Interview
They asked me about my experience working in a team and how I collaborate with others to solve problems. They also asked about my approach when interacting with customers and handling challenging situations professionally.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What do you do when your colleague disagrees with you?
What do you do when your manager assigns you a task, but a customer asks you to do something else?
The interview was fine but you definitely get the big box store vibe. It was a bit rushed through, I could tell the manager was going through the motions but I also don’t necessarily expect anything more.
Not ideal. Low effiency. Lots of rounds. Waste of time.
The interviewer lack respect. Dont waste your time. Low wage.
Lots of works. interesting back. I dont belive its a good fit
Super easy, I really didn't have an interview, as long as you can pass the background and work the schedule you are golden. If you're previously worked for Walmart, you must be rehireable.
