I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Walmart (Tor Bay, NS) in Feb 2021
Interview
Pretty easy job all the way around
Fast paced but get used to it over time
Good co workers and staff
Pay is okay but It is what it is
Good first job for level entry people
Went in an looked for the manager where I was told to go and had no idea what to expect. So I’m looking for the manager and went into an open room and an employee saw me and scolded me for going into an open door room. Ok??? So I finally speak to the hiring manager and the interview was very cut and dry and lasted 5 minutes of course I got the dumb question “tell me about yourself” the worst question, it’s like well what do you want to know????? So I was told I would hear something by the end of the day if they decided to go forward. Obviously you know you ain’t going to hear back if the interview lasts 5 minutes. Thanks for wasting my gas we could’ve done this on Zoom.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walmart (Charlotte, NC) in Mar 2020
Interview
Quick phone call asking when I was available to come in. Pay was low. But I agreed to it and came in. I thought it would be for an interview but they just had me fill out new hire paperwork and that was it. No questions and they were willing to work around any availability.
