Walmart Department Manager interview questions

I was first interviewed with Wal-mart in 2006. I did an online application, and was called the next day. The HR Manager sheduled an interview for the following day. (2 days after first filling out application.) The interview was one on one with a Assistant Store Manager. The questions were like some of the following: Name a time when you had to deal with an irate customer/person. Why do you believe their are rules, what is an unspoken rule you think every one should follow...etc. However each question has several different parts to it. I went through a few more of the same interviews as I got promotions. However i believe that now they do a 3 part interview. One with the department manager, one with the Assistant, and one with the store manager.
