Walmart Department Manager interview questions

The interview was conducted in a group setting. Each interviewee was asked to find an item which best represents them and then explain. We then ran through a few scenario based customer-oriented facts to discern any problems and how best we thought it should be dealt with.

They give you your first interview, and if you are chosen you are called for a 2nd and given a job offer. Then you are scheduled for orientation by Personnel.
