Walmart Area Manager interview questions

I came into the interview and they asked two informal questions about myself and sometimes noon my resume and then asked four formal interview questions. It lasted about 15 minutes.

I had 2 interview for the the position I applied for. The first interview was a panelist style format with 3 managers where I was asked for behavior based questions The second was with the Asst. GM in a meet and greet fashion , I was asked about my resume and some of the questions in the first interview were recycled. Target salary and bonuses were discussed as well as typical job functions. The process took over a month however they went with a internal candidate.
