Walgreens Store Manager interview questions

Promotion based off of body of work, not so much the interview. You need to show initiative to get an interview but the final decision will be based off of your direct reports assessment of your capabilities.

They ask behavioral questions. Dont really get to know the candidate very well. It's more about who you know then merit alone. All the questions are basically tell me about a previous experience. They want you to answer it in the STAR format
